Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Service Manager in their Dermatology Department. Based at Leighton Hospital in Crewe, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of safe and effective clinical services.

About the Position

The successful candidate will provide operational support to the Service Managers and other members of the Divisional Senior Management team. This includes developing and implementing systems to monitor standards, managing complaints, and supporting the development of policies and procedures.

A key aspect of this role is deputising for the Service Managers during periods of leave, representing the management team at senior meetings, and contributing to the review and development of service and workforce plans.

To be successful in this position, you will have a strong track record of service development and change, as well as supervisory experience. A 1st degree or appropriate management qualification is also essential.
