Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Specialist. As a key member of our helpline team, you will provide professional support to patients, families, and clinical leads, ensuring they receive the care and attention they need.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and be able to use IT systems proficiently. You will also be responsible for managing workload, completing training, and identifying areas for improvement.
