Care Support Specialist
Estimated salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per year

Cygnet Health Care is a leading provider of specialist mental health services. We are currently seeking a skilled Care Support Specialist to join our team at Cygnet Nield House in Crewe.

In this role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering person-centred care and support to service users
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individualised care plans
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of service user progress
  • Participating in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge

Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:
  • A degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, nursing)
  • Experience working in mental health services, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
