Customer Service Operations Manager

At Portico, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Front of House Supervisor to lead our team at a prestigious building in the city.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and experience in managing front-line teams. They will be responsible for ensuring that our visitors and clients receive an exceptional level of service.
The role involves providing direction and training to the team, as well as solving problems and taking ownership of the visitor management system. The successful candidate will also be responsible for health and safety within the public areas and creating and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per year, paid weekly in the form of 40 hours divided between two rotas: 8am-4pm and 10am-6pm.

Job Description
- Lead the Front of House team to provide an exceptional level of service to visitors and clients.
- Manage the visitor management system and ensure that all procedures are followed.
- Take ownership of health and safety within the public areas.
- Create and improve SOPs to ensure consistency and quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in managing front-line teams.
- Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet.
- SIA license required.
