Senior Practitioner for Quality and Improvement

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Practitioner to join our Quality department as a Regional Lead. This role will focus on providing assurance that our Care and Support teams deliver high-quality, safe, and person-centred care.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in social care or a related sector, preferably in a leadership role. They will be proactive, insightful, and reflective with excellent coaching skills and a passion for person-centred care.
In this role, you will contribute to quality improvement and turnaround programmes, conduct quality audits, and complete comprehensive reporting. You will also lead some assignments to drive quality improvement and assist services with quality improvement work.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
