Senior Dietetic Practitioner

We are seeking a Senior Dietetic Practitioner to join our team at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the development of personalized nutrition plans for patients with complex medical needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' nutritional requirements, developing and implementing effective treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of care.
In addition to your clinical expertise, you will also contribute to quality improvement initiatives, participate in education and training programs, and engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' nutritional requirements and develop personalized treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver effective care
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing patient care
- Participate in education and training programs to stay up-to-date with best practices
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or related field
- Registration as a Dietitian with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Proven experience in nutrition support and patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
