Job Summary:

This exciting opportunity exists for a Registered Nutrition Advisor to join our team in the Midlands. As a key member of the multi-disciplinary team, you will provide specialist dietetic services to inpatients suffering from eating disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' diets and lifestyle to develop personalized treatment plans, incorporating anthropometric, biochemical, and clinical indicators.
  2. Liaise closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective management of patients at high psychiatric risk.
  3. Provide supportive guidance to patients dealing with emotional, physical, and psychological difficulties.
  4. Offer dietary advice to patients' families to support them in helping manage their loved ones' leave breaks from the unit.

Requirements:

  1. Hold current HCPC certification as a Registered Dietitian.
  2. Demonstrate significant experience in treating eating disorders.

The successful candidate can expect an estimated salary of £42,000 per annum, based on national averages for this role in the Midlands region.
