Senior Quality Practitioner

As a Senior Practitioner at Creative Support, you will be working within the Quality department to ensure that our Care and Support teams deliver high-quality, safe, and person-centred care. The role requires a proactive, insightful, reflective practitioner with at least 3 years' experience in social care or a related sector, preferably in a leadership position.
The Quality department takes a collaborative approach to quality improvement, working closely with operational teams and other quality work streams to ensure excellent services are offered. You will lead some assignments where you will drive quality improvement, leveraging your practitioner background and knowledge to make a valuable contribution.
Creative Support works across a range of social care service types, serving over 6,000 vulnerable adults with a positive reputation for a strong overall rating with CQC. As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will join a strong, established quality department contributing to audit and social care governance processes, conducting quality audits, and completing comprehensive reporting.
We are looking for an individual with excellent coaching skills who is passionate about person-centred care. The successful candidate will have flexibility and consideration to manage their own work program while contributing to whole department outcomes. With individuality and initiative valued, there are interesting campaigns and projects to become involved in to achieve and develop quality standards across various client groups.
