Senior Theatre Practitioner Job Opportunity

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced theatre practitioner to fill the role of Senior Theatre Practitioner. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing expert care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, participating in the teaching and supervising of nursing staff, and contributing to the development of policies and procedures within the theatre department. We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to teamwork, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current registration with the NMC or HCPC
  • Degree in Operating Department Practice or related field
  • Mentorship qualification and experience in leadership roles
Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous annual leave entitlement.
