Job Title: Senior Practitioner - Regional Lead
Company Description: Creative Support is a renowned provider of care and support services, committed to delivering exceptional quality care that prioritizes the needs and well-being of its service users.
Estimated Salary: £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Care and Support teams are delivering high-quality care that meets the needs and expectations of our service users. This will involve collaborating with our audit and social care governance teams to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the quality of our services.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices. A degree in a related field and relevant experience in a similar position would be highly advantageous.
