Requirements: A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Healthcare) and at least 4 years of experience in a similar position. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

Compensation Package: We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a salary range of £58,000-£68,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
