Advanced Practitioner Lead

TOTALLY is a dynamic and innovative company, committed to providing high-quality urgent care services. Our team is passionate about delivering excellent patient care, and we're seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Urgent Care Centres.
Job Role
As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner with TOTALLY, you will play a key role in assessing the health and clinical needs of patients, using your advanced clinical practice skills and clinical judgment to diagnose, treat, refer or discharge patients. You will work autonomously, supported by a variable rota covering weekdays, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' health and clinical needs
- Conduct consultations as an autonomous practitioner
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide clinical advice and mentorship to junior clinical staff
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent)
- Clinical skills qualification at degree level
- Evidence of completion of study in minor illness
- Independent prescriber
- Evidence of study in minor injury or willingness to develop these skills
- Evidence of completion of study in paediatric minor illness or willingness to develop these skills
- Evidence of study in paediatric minor injury or willingness to develop these skills
