To achieve this goal, we are seeking a Quality & Compliance Improvement Adviser who can support our Quality Improvement & Audit Manager and Operations Manager in ensuring that our services meet contractual, regulatory, and legislative requirements.

As a Quality & Compliance Improvement Adviser, you will have responsibility for supporting the development of systems and processes that ensure contractual compliance, minimize financial risk, and ensure the quality-of-service delivery to service users.

You will also be responsible for providing quality assurance and compliance reporting to the Quality Improvement & Audit Manager and Serco Operations Manager. Your close collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders will ensure that customer and business unit needs are met in full.

A successful candidate will possess experience of working in a compliance environment, with strong IT skills and excellent communication abilities. A competitive salary of £27,500 - £31,500, depending on experience, plus benefits such as Serco discounts, an autonomous and supportive culture, and the chance to make a positive difference to public sector services.
