About the Job:

As Head of Quality & Continuous Improvement, you will play a key role in driving standardisation across service centres, addressing quality-related risks, and introducing innovative quality control methods.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a quality strategy that aligns with Sulzer's objectives.
  • Drive standardisation across service centres and mitigate quality-related risks.
  • Implement a clear escalation matrix for quality issues.
  • Design and introduce innovative quality control methods.
  • Deliver training programs on quality tools and problem-solving techniques.
  • Lead supply chain risk assessments and supplier audit programmes.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A highly competitive salary of £90,000 per annum, plus an annual bonus of up to 30% of basic salary.
