Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and excellence in customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and team management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse complex data and make informed decisions
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, plus uncapped OTE (£52,000 - £60,000) and excellent benefits package.
