Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring high standards of customer service and sales performance.
  • Mentor and train a team of sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Conduct regular sales analyses to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Estimated Salary: £38,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
