About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Retail Store Manager to join our team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leading a high-performing team.

As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and improve store performance, ensuring the sales team provides exceptional customer service that meets POP MART's standards.

A salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum is available, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including selected POP MART toys as appreciation gifts every month and regular team social events.
