Main Responsibilities:
- Site Performance: Ensure your area of sites consistently meet company standards and those of our brand partners, passing auditing processes.
- Business Growth: Drive shop sales and site profitability, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Compliance and Risk: Prioritize compliance issues to ensure Legal compliance and adherence to company procedures.
- New Store Development: Identify and develop business opportunities on potential new stores and existing store developments.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze sales, audits, and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Store Opening and Operation: Ensure the successful opening and operation of new or re-furbished stores in your area.
- Reporting and Control: Utilize control reporting to deliver performance improvements and meet varying store requirements.
Requirements:
- A Level educated or equivalent, combined with at least two years of store retail management experience.
- Strong customer focus, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
- Enabling leadership style, able to develop and mentor others, and lead by example.
- Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
- Drive, motivation, and willingness to challenge yourself and others.
