Retail Sales Development Manager

At Recooty, we are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting sales goals and developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
* Set and achieve monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and pipeline management
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales revenue
* Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives
What We Offer:

Key Skills and Qualifications:
