Job Title: Regional Sales Director UK

Genetec is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share in the UK and Ireland.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, consultants, integrators, and technology partners.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure they have the necessary tools and support to succeed.
  • Collaborate with our global teams to align sales efforts with business objectives and drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales and management experience in the physical security and/or software industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Fluent in English, with additional European languages an asset.
