About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our market share, and building strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence in the UK and Ireland.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the needs and challenges of our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales and management experience in the physical security and software industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the physical security and software industries, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities.
