About the Role:

The Pensions Manager will be responsible for maintaining a strong understanding of all pension matters within the organisation, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

This includes applying changes to pension statutory regulations and updating employees accordingly, managing pension projects, producing recommendations after research and risk assessment, and overseeing the line management of resources.

The successful candidate will also need to ensure auto enrolment arrangements for all Pension Schemes comply with legislation and understand pension implications of change.
