About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Support Practitioner to join our dedicated team at Somerset NHS Foundation Trust. As a liaison clinician, you will play a crucial role in transforming lives within Acute Trusts across Somerset.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments and develop effective risk management plans.
  • Engage in cross-system collaboration to provide integrated care.
  • Deliver regular training programs within the acute care setting to reduce stigma and enhance mental health awareness.

Requirements

  • RMN, Social Work, and Occupational Therapy Qualification.
  • Current registration with relevant professional body.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development.
