Mental Health Support Professional

Prospero Teaching is currently seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Professional to join their team in Yeovil. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting students with special educational needs and mental health difficulties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with students, providing emotional support and guidance on a one-to-one basis. As a key member of the team, they will contribute to creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters academic growth and well-being.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £12 per hour, paid weekly. The role entails working 32.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for ongoing employment. To ensure success, the ideal candidate will possess a calm and nurturing approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build trusting relationships with students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs and mental health difficulties

Requirements:
- C grade or higher in English and Maths at GCSE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A calm and nurturing approach when interacting with students
