Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of service strategies to improve outcomes for young people with mental health needs
  • Provide expert clinical leadership and guidance to colleagues across the adolescent psychiatry team
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders, including schools, social services, and voluntary agencies, to ensure seamless transitions and effective support for young people
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of education and training programs for staff and students
  • Work closely with our operations team to ensure efficient use of resources and effective management of budgets
