We are looking for a Senior Care Manager to join our team at an NHS care home. As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants and supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.

Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You will also support the clinical team in a specific area, such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews. Like everyone here, as a Senior Care Manager, you will always respect the dignity and preferences of our residents while creating an environment that is warm, welcoming, and vibrant.
