Care Manager for Elderly Care

Care Managers play a pivotal role in delivering quality, person-centred care and support to our residents, leading and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants. This involves supervising, mentoring, and guiding the team to ensure seamless care delivery.
The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for compassionate individuals who can provide individualised care and support, prioritising the needs of each resident.
This is a rewarding opportunity for those passionate about care delivery, where you can develop your career through ongoing training opportunities. With experience, you may progress into senior roles such as Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing positions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring effective care delivery
- Support the clinical team in medication management, assessments, and care planning
About the Role:
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and excellent benefits, including ongoing training and development opportunities. As a key member of our care team, you will contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.
