Providing Personalised Care

As a Care Assistant with Bluebird Care, you will be providing high-quality care and support to our customers in the comfort of their own homes. We are committed to delivering a unique and tailored service that meets the individual needs of each customer.

Your key responsibilities will include providing personal care duties, administering medication, and manual handling using equipment where required. You will also promote customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full.

We are looking for compassionate, caring, and patient individuals who genuinely care for our customers as if they were their own family. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training and development programme.

What We Offer

We offer an excellent rate of £13.00 - £13.50 weekdays, £14.00 weekends, and £20.00 ph bank holidays. You will also receive 70p travel allowance, a Care Friends bonus scheme, 28 days holiday pro rata, and a pension scheme. Our flexible working arrangements will allow you to work around your own home life, and you will have access to our smartphone technology and free uniform.
