A compassionate and dedicated Companionship and Care Worker is sought to join our team at Sterling Cross in Yeovil.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting residents with personal care activities, fostering companionship, and providing emotional support to ensure they live well and have the best possible home living experience.

The home we work in is a luxurious care home, with a Good CQC rating, and provides residential, nursing and dementia care to both long-term and short-term residents.

You'll work in a warm and welcoming environment, with scenic gardens, chef-led dining, and a wealth of activities to enjoy (including regular trips, events, an array of interesting visitors, and more). You'll also be part of a supportive team that prioritizes resident-centered care.

This is a permanent, full-time position for a Companionship and Care Worker, with options available for day shifts (£12.33 per hour) or night shifts (£12.94 per hour).
