About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, while maintaining their dignity and respect.

  • Assist with light household duties, such as cleaning and laundry, to create a safe and pleasant environment for clients.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, taking into account individual dietary needs and preferences.
  • Support clients with mobility and physical exercises, promoting a healthy lifestyle and encouraging physical well-being.
  • Manage medication regimes, ensuring clients adhere to their prescribed treatments and monitoring their health closely.
  • Document daily care activities, reporting any changes or concerns to the care team.
Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the building of trust and rapport with clients.
