Job Description

The Sales Co-ordinator will be responsible for generating outbound calls as well as responding to incoming calls from existing or new customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively manage customer relationships and develop business opportunities.

You will process orders from start to finish, including quotations, liaising internally to gather information, and following up with customers to ensure a seamless sales cycle. You'll also generate purchase orders, manage internal administration, and respond to email requests.

In addition to your administrative duties, you will be responsible for account management of existing customers, developing their business, and identifying new opportunities. There may be occasional visits to customer sites.

Requirements
  • A background in Engineering or Tooling is desirable, but not essential. Experience in sales calls and business development is crucial.
  • Proven experience in creating quotes and managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate successfully.
  • Numerate and computer literate, with attention to detail and accuracy.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established company in Yeovil, with a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
