We're seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Sales and Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the home improvement market, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Salary:** £30,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
