About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Professional to join our Home Care Team in Yeovil and surrounding areas. As a Care Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our customers, providing person-centred care and support in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Accompany customers to appointments, shopping, and other activities to support their daily living routines.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to customers, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Understand and implement care plans to ensure customers receive the best possible support.
  • Keep accurate records of care and support provided, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to raise concerns and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • A full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Knowledge of the Yeovil area and ability to commute to Yeovil from your home location.
  • Right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we are not able to offer sponsorship).
  • Availability to work a two-week rolling rota, including evenings and weekends.
