We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at our Yeovil Supported Living service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards this qualification, and experience of leading, supervising, and motivating a team.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for promoting and implementing the company's vision of person-centred support, ensuring that all necessary back-office duties are completed within compliance, and working cooperatively with others to achieve outstanding results. You will also be required to respect and work collaboratively with staff, enabling individuals to live in their own homes or local communities with dignity and confidence.
