Resident Support Coordinator

Somerset Care is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. As a key member of our management team, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Supervisor to coordinate and oversee the care and support provided to our residents.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents, while working closely with healthcare professionals and building strong relationships with families and colleagues.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents. We offer a competitive salary of £13.12 per hour, with a £1.00 per hour uplift on weekends, as well as a range of excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee the delivery of care and support to residents.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with families and colleagues to provide exceptional resident experience.

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
