Sterling Cross, a leading provider of luxury care services, seeks a Resident Support Professional to join our team in Yeovil.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting residents with personal care activities, fostering companionship, and providing support to ensure they live well and have the best possible home living experience.

The home we work in is a fully accredited luxury care home, with a Good CQC rating, and provides residential, nursing and dementia care to both long-term and short-term residents.

You'll work in a welcoming and comfortable environment, with scenic gardens, chef-led dining, and a wealth of activities to enjoy (including regular trips, events, an array of interesting visitors, and more). You'll also be part of a dynamic team that values teamwork, respect, and empathy.

This is a permanent, full-time position for a Resident Support Professional, with options available for day shifts (£12.33 per hour) or night shifts (£12.94 per hour).
