Job Description
The SCC Support Officer will provide administrative support to the System Coordination Centre (SCC) Team. The role includes:
- Coordinating data collections and assurance returns
- Processing communications cascade
- Arranging meetings and developing agendas
- Maintaining SCC records and systems
The post holder will work closely with the SCC Lead to ensure effective delivery of the SCC function.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the SCC Team
- Manage the System Coordination Centre inbox
- Coordinate data collections and assurance returns
- Act as the first point of contact for the SCC Team
Requirements
- Proven experience of working in administration
- Experience of complex diary management and facilitation of large-scale meetings
- Ability to work on own initiative and organise own workload with minimal supervision
- Good understanding of the demands of a busy NHS senior management team
Working Conditions
- Extensive VDU use
- Light physical effort may be required
Salary
£28,000 - £32,000 per annum
