Advanced Elderly Care Associate

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced HCA to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant at our luxury care home in Yeovil.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care and supporting the well-being of our residents. You will work closely with our senior team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident.
This is a great opportunity to progress your career and take on new challenges. The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:- Delivering high-quality clinical care and support to residents
- Working closely with the senior team to develop and implement care plans
- Mentoring junior team members and promoting a positive and supportive team culture
- At least 2 years' experience as a healthcare assistant in an elderly care setting
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
