About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Care Assistant Leader to join our team on a bank basis. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive high-quality, person-centred care and support.

Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You will also support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.

As a Senior Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will respect the dignity and preferences of our residents and play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.

About You

To join us as a Care Assistant Leader, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. We also require specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.

We are looking for individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualised care and support to our residents. You will have opportunities to develop your career through ongoing training and development programs.
