We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Care Home Leader at an NHS care home. As a Care Home Leader, you will play a key part in ensuring the delivery of quality, person-centred care and support to our residents.

Your role will involve leading a team of Care Assistants and supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews. You will also have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training and development opportunities.

Job Responsibilities
  • SUPPORTING THE CLINICAL TEAM IN AREAS SUCH AS MEDICATION, ASSESSMENTS, CARE PLANS, AND CARE REVIEWS.
  • LEADING A TEAM OF CARE ASSISTANTS TO ENSURE QUALITY, PERSON-CENTRED CARE AND SUPPORT.
