About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our care team at Barchester Healthcare as a Care Assistant Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and motivating a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.
Your Responsibilities- Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants to ensure they meet the highest standards of care and support for our residents
- Support the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
- Maintain resident dignity and preferences by respecting their individual needs and providing person-centred care
- Contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment within the care home
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
- A compassionate and committed approach to delivering individualised care and support
