Luxury Residential Care Team Member

Sterling Cross Ltd is hiring a Senior Care Assistant for its luxury care home in Yeovil. This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 per annum, working day shifts.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for mentoring junior members of the team and assisting with the more advanced elements of clinical care (such as medication and assessments). The home provides tailored residential, nursing and dementia care to both long-term and short-term residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Mentor junior members of the team to foster a pleasant, stress-free environment
- Assist with clinical care tasks such as medication and assessments
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care
- Essential: At least 2 years' experience as a healthcare assistant in an elderly care setting
- Essential: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
