We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Dementia Care Team Member.
Key Responsibilities- Providing person-centered care and support to individuals with dementia
- Delivering bespoke care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Maintaining accurate records of resident care and outcomes
- Estimated salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per year
- Previous experience working in a care setting, preferably with individuals with dementia
- Strong understanding of dementia care principles and practices
- Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
