Care and Support Team Member

About the Role:
As a Care and Support Team Member, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with their physical, emotional, and social needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, documenting food and fluid intake, and participating in end-of-life care. You will also be required to maintain patient records, communicate effectively with staff and patients, and adhere to confidentiality protocols.
Skills and Qualifications:
We are seeking an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and a strong work ethic. Previous experience in healthcare is desirable but not essential. You must be willing to learn and adapt to changing circumstances within our fast-paced care environment. A diploma or certificate in a related field would be advantageous.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for career advancement and ongoing training.
