Job Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on providing person-centred care and support to our residents, ensuring their dignity and preferences are respected at all times. You'll work closely with the clinical team to develop and implement individualised care plans, addressing the unique needs of each resident.

In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you'll also provide supervision and guidance to junior staff members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make a lasting impact on the lives of our residents.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a strong understanding of clinical care for the elderly, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A minimum of an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required, along with a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
