About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Harbour Hotels. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving new business from corporate, leisure, and M&E markets into our hotels while managing existing accounts and clients to continue moving the business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the local hotel market to grow local corporate accounts in both rooms and M&E business, including accountability for local RFPs and new accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Produce accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and annual reporting that meets the needs of Harbour Group Sales team and Hotel GM.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings with the local office and national teams.
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting process for the Corporate and M&E segments.
  • Complete and execute a hotel sales plan, review, and update in line with strategy and hotel business needs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of target accounts, directly, through the Sales Managers, and via the hotel.
