Job Title: SEO Executive

This is a pivotal role in managing the SEO efforts for all our brands. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimising SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, drive traffic, and enhance overall digital performance.

We are seeking an SEO Executive who can manage multichannel delivery and results for the Group in a high volume fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO tools and platforms, as well as experience in delivering successful SEO campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment and has a passion for SEO.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for the Group's digital marketing, ensuring our SEO needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Create and execute data-driven SEO strategies that align with our goals, focusing on keyword research, on-page optimisation, off-page SEO, and technical SEO.
  3. Track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, and provide detailed reports to the Group Head of Marketing on progress, insights, and next steps.
  4. Work closely with the marketing team and web developers to ensure blog posts are published timely and continually review, tweak, and change the group's websites to ensure ongoing SEO optimisation.
  5. Perform ongoing research to identify new opportunities to rank for relevant keywords and outperform competitors.
  6. Regularly communicate with the Group Head of Marketing and Group Managing Director, providing updates on SEO performance and recommendations for improvement.
  7. Stay current with the latest SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing trends to ensure the effectiveness of all strategies.
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SEO Executive who possesses the following qualifications and skills:

  • Ideally hold Google certification in SEO or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in an SEO-focused role, ideally within an agency environment, financial service setting, or estate agency.
  • Strong understanding of SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
  • Experience in delivering successful SEO campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to research trends and frequently asked questions to write, develop, and strategically post blogs.
