Job Title: SEO Specialist

We are seeking an SEO Specialist to play a pivotal role in managing the digital marketing efforts for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimisation and be able to develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve our online presence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing data-driven SEO plans, conducting keyword research, and analysing website performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all digital content meets the exacting standards of the Financial Conduct Authority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and drive traffic to our website
  • Conduct keyword research and analyse website performance using SEO tools
  • Ensure that all digital content meets the exacting standards of the Financial Conduct Authority
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all digital content is optimised for search engines
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO best practices and algorithm updates

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an SEO-focused role, ideally within an agency environment, financial service setting or estate agency
  • Strong understanding of SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
  • Experience in delivering successful SEO campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Ability to research trends and frequently asked questions to write, develop and strategically post blogs
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative

Benefits:

Salary of £25,000 to £30,000 DOE
