The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO principles and tools, with experience in delivering successful SEO campaigns. You will be responsible for creating and implementing data-driven SEO strategies, monitoring performance, and providing actionable insights to our marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute SEO strategies that align with our business goals, focusing on keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page SEO, and technical SEO.
  2. Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, and provide regular reports to our marketing team.
  3. Collaborate with our marketing team and web developers to ensure blog posts and website content meet SEO best practices and are optimized for search engines.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing strategies to ensure our SEO efforts remain effective.
  5. Ensure all digital content meets the exacting standards of the Financial Conduct Authority.

Requirements:

  • Google certification in SEO or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in an SEO-focused role, ideally within an agency environment, financial service setting, or estate agency.
  • Strong understanding of SEO tools and platforms, including Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
  • Experience in delivering successful SEO campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to research trends and frequently asked questions to write, develop, and strategically post blogs.

Benefits:

Salary of £25,000 to £30,000 DOE, depending on experience and qualifications.
