Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to improve our website's organic visibility and drive traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimisation, off-page SEO, and technical SEO to ensure our website is search engine friendly.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and web developers to ensure timely publication of blog posts and website updates.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing trends.
  • Ensure all digital advertising and blog posts meet the regulatory requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority.
  • Manage and monitor our SEO budgets to ensure maximum reach and budget control.
Requirements
  • Google certification in SEO or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in an SEO-focused role, ideally within an agency environment, financial service setting, or estate agency.
  • Strong understanding of SEO tools and platforms.
  • Experience in delivering successful SEO campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to research trends and frequently asked questions to write, develop, and strategically post blogs.
  • Ensure content meets the exacting standards of the Financial Conduct Authority.
Benefits

Salary of £25,000 to £30,000 DOE, depending on experience.
